Christian Camping has been a vital part of church ministry since man invented the tent. There is something unique and powerful about the camp setting. We believe camp is a place unlike any other, where people can clearly see God the CREATOR; and respond to Him as new creations (2 Cor. 5:17). Camp is also a temporary community, where people can retreat from their daily routines and relationships... where they can experience the loving grace and mercy of God, in a place with true friends and the TRUTH of God's Word.
Day Camp’s Drama Ministry Each day the Good News of Jesus Christ is proclaimed in the most dramactic way. Every morning Drama Ministry from Lancaster Pennsylvania unfolds an amazing presentation of the gospel through drama and mime - teaching about the Bible, God’s love, Sin, and Jesus Christ. Then each afternoon campers learn how to perform the drama they saw earlier that day. Drama Ministry is one of our campers’ favorite activities at Day Camp. Many campers watch the morning presentation excited to learn it later in the day. The campers take this excitement (and the Good News) home with them, performing the day’s drama for their family members asking them to join in on the fun. We praise God for the IMPACT of the Drama Ministry. Our campers see the gospel, learn the gospel, and show it to others!
